	<description>
Debt Relief Programs Save the Day!
You're going online to do a little shopping, then you decide to check your credit card balance. Whoa! It's way more than you thought it should be, so you start checking the charges. Nope, it's all there. Every last penny you spent. Then you decide to go to the mailbox. More bills. Rather than avoid it, you decided to dive in head-first and just get rid of the pain of paying bills. But this month it's more than just pain. You've run out of money and still have credit card bills left to pay. This freaks you out so bad that you go back to the computer and try frantically to cancel the day's purchases. Then you notice you're living dangerously close to your credit limits. You need debt relief, and you need it now. Luckily for us spenders in this day and age, there are debt relief companies that we can turn to for help!

In an effort to see what you're options are, you type debt relief programs into Google. You get pages and pages of results. Some are sites for actual debt relief services and others are just sites like this one that explain debt relief programs. So you read, and you correctly determine that a debt relief program is exactly what you need. (Well, that and a little credit counseling. Maybe some tough love from Dr. Phil too. But first you have to deal with the debt. Call Dr. Phil when the shopping withdrawals kick in.)

There are five basic debt relief programs you will likely read about in your research:

 Student loan debt consolidation - This is for people who are trying to pay off $10,000 or more in student loan debt.
 Debt consolidation loan - If you have collateral, this debt relief program could be for you.
 Debt consolidation mortgage - If you are a homeowner, this is definitely the way for you to get debt relief.
 Debt settlement - You have to have a lot of cash for this one, and it doesn't bode well for your credit, either.
 Debt consolidation - You don't have to have anything to enroll in this debt relief program except debt.

As you can see, there's something for everyone when it come to consumer debt relief programs. And most of them will get you out of debt in five years or so. Which one will you enroll in?
